Initial Meeting

This introductory meeting is crucial for our partners to better understand the business and ownerships story and objectives. We then tailor a proposal that is built around the objectives of ownership. It also is an opportunity for our team to get to know the owners and see if together we think it is a fit. The process is always collaborative. We first set up an initial meeting and consultation, where we gain a better understanding of what we’re going to value and sell.


Our valuation team needs to fully understand if a business appraisal is needed and what the use is for. Is it to determine a selling price for the business, is it for divorce, or some other need. Our goal is to tailor our business valuation services to meet the needs or our clients. Complete Appraisal – Self Contained Report or Summary Report, Calculation of Value or Appraisal Review. Our valuation team has over 60 years of combined expertise and experience.
